• What do you do at Smilegate Vietnam?

  I'm a Software Engineer in the Backend-Development department of Smilegate Vietnam.

• SGVN isn't widely known in Vietnam. What inspired you to join the company?

  Challenge myself in a field I have been passionate about since I was young, That is making games and developing platforms to support them. That is the reason why i joined SGVN.

• What is a developer's "disease" according to you?

  Beyond common physical ailments like Eyestrain, Backache, and Spine, developers often suffer from other “illnesses” such as: Not willing to learn or explore new things; delusions of power - not listening to feedback from others; reluctance to communicate; giving up too early; ... These bad habits need to be eliminated to become a better-developed person.

• What do you think is most important in global cooperation with Korea?

  The most important thing is the spirit of cooperation and development together, working towards a common goal that benefits both sides, always striving and finding solutions to all obstacles. In addition, communication and language factors also contribute significantly to a smoother and more successful global cooperation with Korea.
