• Can you share about your current work?

  Currently, I'm a Software Engineer in the Frontend team in Vietnam. I'm involved in developing the Studio platform, a game publishing platform not only for the company but also for external partners.

• Can you share something you're proud of about your team?

  I'm very proud of how everyone in the team contributes ideas and participates in product development. Each member brings unique and different values, and this diversity creates a stronger collective effort. We not only work together but also learn from each other, and that truly makes the team strong.

• Could you share the most impressive project you've worked on?

  I've been involved in quite a few projects at the company, but the project I've been most involved in and impressed with is Studio. This is a large-scale project with many complex business logic flows. The challenges the project presents truly stimulate my interest in the work, and I feel like I've learned and grown a lot through this project.

• What's the biggest challenge you've faced during your work?

  In this project, both the Vietnamese and Korean teams are collaborating on product development. Perhaps the biggest challenge we've faced is communication. However, we've been improving this day by day. We're gradually understanding each other better both in terms of work and culture, and this has helped the two teams in two countries become closer and work towards a common goal.
